Fitness professionals, doctors, dietitians, and researchers have all subscribed to the eat less and move more theory of weight loss. While usually the first place to start on a weight loss journey, this model has become less effective. 1) Get 1st excel , get "UPN" column from each sheet and append /write to new excel file (into single sheet) 2)repeat same for other 2 excel files. These excel files i can out it into Sharepoint / Onedrive. and every week new excel file will be added and this files data needs to get extracted into a combined excel sheet
